Here’s an easy, delicious & super healthy salad:

*1 breast of chicken or chicken tenders, either grilled or sauteed in a pan with olive oil

*mixed salad greens (my family prefers romaine lettuce)

*1/2 cups blueberries

*2-3 slices of red onion
