This is a quick and easy recipe:

  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (in a bag)
  • 1 apple, chopped (I use an organic apple)
  • 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup Apple Juicy Juice 
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (I use raw, organic apple cider vinegar.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (sea salt if you have it)

Combine the ingredients well.  Cover and chill for approximately 30 minutes or so.
