Simple Low-Fat Recipe: Oven “Fried” Chicken

Here’s a simple recipe that requires only 4 ingredients:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6  boneless, skinless chicken breasts (5-6 ounces)
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning

Combine the seasoning and corn flakes.  Dip chicken in buttermilk and then roll in corn flakes.  Put chicken in baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
