Here’s a quick reference guide:
Val says, “Hi everybody.
This week I’m asking players to answer 4 questions.”
Have you noticed when you order a meal at a restaurant, a lot of times it’s enough food for two meals? Eating such large meals has added to the weight concern of many people in our country. Some take appetite suppressants to help curb their appetite. They should always consult their doctor first before taking anything.
When we’ve eaten out and the meal is too large for me to eat, I always ask for a take-home box. It’s usually enough food for another meal, which is nice!
Organic bath robes from Happy Planet would be great for anyone. The organic fabric is suppose to feel wonderful against the skin. These quality robes are made with very soft, organic cotton, are chemical free, and are durable to last many years. It would be nice to know that one’s bathrobe didn’t contain harmful chemicals in the fabric.

Please join me and pray for all of those who lost family and friends on that horrible day! Say a prayer for our country, too!

My husband loves it when I fix a chef salad and add Hormel Natural Choice Turkey that I have fried in extra virgin olive oil. Frying the turkey makes it taste more like bacon. I use a mix of salad greens and chop up whatever fresh veggies I have in the fridge plus add green olives. We top it with either my mother-in-law’s homemade salad dressing or maybe low-fat ranch dressing. Sometimes my husband uses Ken’s Caesar Dressing. (There are COUPONS for Hormel Natural Choice meats available.)
For those of you who don’t know, my husband plays the guitar. In fact the first night I met him many years ago, he played the guitar for me and my roommate out on the grass on the college campus where we were all attending. Since then, he has played the guitar and sung at various restaurants in the past, and he has played at weddings and other events.
Nowadays, he volunteers to play at a local nursing home once a month. It’s so cute to see these precious elderly people tapping their feet or maybe tapping on their wheel chair to the music. It’s a little bit of a bright spot in their day.
He’s still teaching guitar lessons, and I’m trying to encourage him to work on his own blog about playing the guitar. We’ll see how that goes. I’ll let you know if and when he gets his blog up and going.
