There are some days when I’m hungrier than others, and today was one of those days.  It’s just taken more to fill me up.  I still try to eat healthy when I eat more, and if I have a dessert then I have a very small serving.  Even though I’m pretty much at my ideal weight, I still have belly fat and probably always will. There’s something about having had a couple of babies in the past that changes things.

I know a lot of people go to chat rooms, do a live chat, or go to Facebook to chat, but I haven’t done much of that except on Facebook.   It’s pretty neat to chat and be able to “talk” to my son, daughter, or a friend.  I mostly send and receive a lot of emails, though, or I might send a message on Facebook and receive one back.  But I can see myself using the chat feature more and more.

I have been doing substitute teaching the past few weeks.  Without even trying, I lost four pounds.  I don’t need fat burners. There’s something about being on my feet several hours during the day, being busy teaching or helping students, plus having a short lunch break and eating less, that causes me to lose weight.  When I used to be a teacher full-time, it was common for me to lose five to ten pounds during the first six weeks of school because the first few weeks are extremely busy.

Insurance is the topic of a lot of people’s conversations these days.  Whether it’s NC short term health insurance, long term health insurance, accident  insurance, or whatever type of insurance, it seems a lot of people are talking about the future of insurance.   It’s something we need, yet there are problems with our present insurance system.  But changing the system without enough study about all the effects of any change is not a good thing in my estimation.  It needs to be studied from every angle to see ramifications of the change.   There needs to be input from many varied sources so that a nonpartisan group can come up with a workable solution.

Some people are interested in getting chrome accessories for their car or vehicle.  Chrome door handles, chrome trim, or chrome window visors add to the look of the car.  Some people are looking for accessories for the interior of their vehicle such as additional cup holders or maybe floor mats.  Whatever the accessories, they add to the owner’s enjoyment of the vehicle.
