A lot of people have to deal with joint pain on a regular basis.   Seems like that would make it hard to concentrate on a task or hard to enjoy some fun activity.  Having a temporary headache is evidence of that.  We shouldn’t take for granted the days when we feel great.  It is a blessing for that day, and we might not always have an abundance of those types of days.  We should be thankful for each day we feel good!

This is such a nice and meaningful post.Many people suffer with different physical pain.I completely agree with you that we should be thankful for each and everyday that we feel good and we are healthy.

I have suffered from joint pain from sports as well. I was taking Advil everyday until I found joint juice. It works pretty well and is safer.
