I think I’ve lost at least a pound or two from the three pounds I gained over the summer, so I won’t need the most effective diet pills 10K.  I’m still trying to eat healthy and in moderation.   Exercising on a regular basis has not been happening recently, though, so that area needs improvement.  When things get busy, it’s hard for me to exercise like I should.  Exercising more is definitely my goal right now.

Exercise? ugh. I used to do pretty good at that, but not any more. Rumors are that I’m going to start P90X in October.

Working out is one of my favorite things to do now. I have consistently worked out now for a year and a half! No more months and months going by of no working out. I have lost 70 pounds too and teach indoor cycle at Golds! I am currently looking for a bike to train on. Wish you lots of luck on your new goal!
