Hug those you love every morning before you/they leave. It might be the last time you get to hug them. Make sure that your life is right with God. We have no guarantee of tomorrow.
Here is a song that I love:
I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my mom last summer to heart disease. Since then life has seemed so much more fragile. My children, too, have been deeply changed by loosing their beloved Grandma. During a conversation one day my 6 year old told me, “Mom, I’m not scared to die because I want to go to heaven and see Grandma Shell again.” I’m so thankful that we can take comfort in the fact that we’ll be with our loved ones again. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
I am so so sorry for your loss. I have no doubt you will see him again. Many prayers coming your way.
I’m a blog friend of your daughter’s and heard this sad news. Only married 8 years myself I can’t imagine losing the love of my life after so long. My heart grieves for your loss, but I am so glad to hear you KNOW he’s in Heaven today… I pray for His Comfort in your heart today.
