Mother’s Day came and went in a flash!  Before long, it will be Father’s Day.  If you’re needing to buy a gift for Father’s Day, have you given any thought as to what you might buy?  Some dads might appreciate a gift card to their favorite place, or a shirt or other clothing, or maybe something else.  It helps to brainstorm and think what they really like so you have a thoughtful gift for that special person!

I love saving money, finding bargains, and using really good coupons.  Just ask my family!  I am excited to learn about PromotionCode.org because here is a good way to save money and find coupons online.  It’s so easy!

Here’s what I did. I went to the website for Promotion Codes.org.  On their homepage is a section called “Newest Promotion Codes.”  That interested me because I wanted to see what the latest coupons were for Skechers.  So I went to the page for Skecher’s coupons.  I looked through the list and found a coupon that sounded really good.  Here are the details:

The comments were very helpful because I found out several things about the coupon from actual users.  The coupon is actually for 25% off which is still a great coupon for Skechers.  Also, you have to buy two pairs of shoes in order to use the coupon and it’s not good towards buying Shape-Ups.  As you can tell, the comments are really helpful.

The site lists a lot of categories, 25 to be exact.  There are a lot of coupons to look through as you can tell from the number of categories.  Quite a few appealed to me (and would to our daughter too), and here are some of them:

When I was growing up, I thought Russian nesting dolls were fascinating, and I still think they are intriguing.  They are also called Matryoshka dolls, with the literal meaning of “Matryoshka” being “little matron.”  Sets consist of a wooden figure which has a smaller figure nested inside of it, and that figure has an even smaller figure inside of it, and so on.  The traditional number of figures in a set is usually five, and the innermost doll is sometimes a baby.  The dolls often follow a certain theme which can be anything from fairy tales to Christmas or holiday dolls.

I think it’s interesting that the very first nesting doll set was carved in Russia in 1890.  These dolls have been popular for over one hundred and twenty years.  Maybe it’s the element of surprise that makes them fascinating by opening up each doll to see what is nested inside of it.
