#1. Turnips. Love em or leave em?
It’s been years since I’ve had them, but they’re OK, just not one of my favorites. I remember my mother really liked them a lot.
#2. What’s your favorite roasted dish?
Roasted chicken or turkey.
#3. Salsa. What kind do you like?
We buy Joe T. Garcia Salsa most of the time. What’s really good is to add fresh chopped tomato and chopped onion to the salsa.
#4. Share directions on how to make your favorite quick meal, meaning start to finish in about 30 minutes or less.
We really like Chicken Tortilla Soup, and it’s quick and easy. In fact, I made it last night with canned chicken breast and canned chicken broth, left out the canned tomatoes, though. I cut up the onion and let it cook in the broth and canned chicken to begin with, then added everything else. It’s nourishing and satisfying for a meal.
Yes, definitely roast turkey, you made me hungry just thinking about it, wish I could have some now.
That recipe sounds great! Have to give it a try especially with cooler weather approaching!
Thanks for that recipe link! I actually have all the ingredients on hand, so I think this is in our near future.
Thanks for playing FFOF!
