If you have a job requiring the use of a printer, whether it’s at a home office or at work, having a dependable printer is very important. I use mine at work nearly every day and depend on it to make the copies I need. Some of my co-workers have been having problems with their printers, and it’s very frustrating for them when they need things printed out. In a couple of cases, two co-workers simply need printer ink but have to wait for a purchase order which means they can’t do their printing for a while.
One thing we don’t have at work are scanners. That would be neat to be able to scan copies of handwritten items or pictures. However, if I really need to do that then I can just bring it home and scan it. Scanners are a very handy piece of office equipment to have plus a dependable printer!
