Here’s a refreshing smoothie recipe for a warm day:
INGREDIENTS:

  • 2/3 cup fresh mango, peeled, deseeded and cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream

Combine ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
