With these types of foods, a red flag goes up for added saturated fat (depending on the type of fat used) plus calories!
When I eat out, I always get that yummmy fried chicken with extra gravy.
And it violates all C’s -ahuhuhu.
It’s hard eating out. I used to always get fried chicken tenders with gravy. Yummy!! Now, I get a fried chicken breast and take off the skin and crunchy batter. If we eat at Jack in the Box, I order the grilled chicken tenders. I’m used to it now and don’t miss the crunchy chicken tenders too much. But I still get fried catfish every once in a while. ![]()
