I have been doing substitute teaching the past few weeks. Without even trying, I lost four pounds. I don’t need fat burners. There’s something about being on my feet several hours during the day, being busy teaching or helping students, plus having a short lunch break and eating less, that causes me to lose weight. When I used to be a teacher full-time, it was common for me to lose five to ten pounds during the first six weeks of school because the first few weeks are extremely busy.
