Vitamins and Supplements

During different seasons of our lives, we need vitamins and supplements for various reasons.  When we’re young, we just need the basic vitamins.  During pregnancy, is a site where expectant mothers might visit.  When we get a little older, there are vitamin and mineral deficiencies that people have due to various causes, and supplementing a healthy diet with vitamins and minerals can have a therapeutic effect.  It is always good to check with one’s doctor first before taking vitamins and supplements.

  1. This is good post regarding vitamins and supplements.I completely agree with your point to concern a doctor for this.I think that it is more better to first eat fruits and vegetables for vitamins.After if we have any deficiency then we can take vitamin tablets or supplements.
