  • German Sweet Chocolate, 4 ounce bar
  • Cream Cheese, 4 ounces
  • Milk, 1/3 cup
  • Sugar, 2 tablespoons
  • Cool Whip, 12 ounces
  • Prepared Oreo Crust or Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
