Do you “stress eat?” I have been the past month, and now my pants are too tight in the waist. I am determined to lose the weight, though, through healthier eating and light exercise. I don’t need any diet pills since I’ve only gained a few pounds. School is nearly out for the summer, my stress level should drop significantly, and it should be easy to stick to an exercise routine and a healthy diet of fresh fruits & veggies!

When school ends, make sure to do some walking, jogging or running coupled with healthy eating. That’s health inside and out.
Walking is my light exercise routine. 🙂
