Menu Plan Monday 2/27/12

Just two weeks until Spring Break.  Most students and teachers are counting the days for a much-needed break.  There’s a lot to do, though, in these next two weeks.  Then it will be rest & relaxation for a few days!

Monday: Rotisserie Chicken & veggies, Low-Cal Pumpkin Custard  (We LOVE having this for a dessert with a little Reddi Wip Extra Creamy Whipped Cream on top!)
Tuesday: Leftover chicken, veggies & salad

WednesdayChicken Vegetable Soup

Thursday:  Leftover soup

Friday:  Freschetta Simply Inspired Thin Crust Pizza – the crust is extra thin & SO good  (Last week, I called it “Francesca.”  I guess I had one of my favorite singers on my mind, Francesca Battistelli.  lol)
