Menu Plan Monday 3/18/13

Spring Break was much needed!  I was really sick for several days, but at least I didn’t have to miss four days of work.  That’s a blessing!

Monday: Chicken, sauteed zucchini, yellow squash & onions

TuesdayBeef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Wednesday: Chicken, mashed potatoes, & okra

Thursday: Talapia, corn & green beans

Friday: Digiorno Spicy Chicken Supreme Pizza & salad
