INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cooked and deboned chicken cut into small pieces (or 4-6 chicken breasts depending on size)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 can chow mein noodles (save the rest for topping)
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Top with remaining chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until hot.
