Very simple: Put a little olive oil in the skillet. Place a salmon filet in the skillet. Sprinkle with fish seasoning. (My favorite is Colorado Spice’s Salmon & Trout Seasoning.) Cook 10 minutes for each inch of filet thickness.

Not that I can remember.
I am not expert, but I think popcorn is crunchy!

Salmon is so healthy. My hubby fixes it on the grill for us.

popcorn is considered crunchy in my book 🙂 I’m skeered to fix fish in my house, I’m afraid it won’t turn out right. The only thing I attempt is tuna steak on the George Foreman grill.
I think I can smell that salmon from here 🙂
