My husband likes to get bargains on computer software, music, etc. So I told him about this neat website where we could get tech bargains, and not just a bargain but the best deal. They have email newsletters to let you know about the best deals of the week and “deal alerts” customized to fit your needs and interest. They have RSS feeds that provide you with up-to-the-minute deal information and that can even be accessed on your wireless devices. It’s like having your own personal secretary to keep you updated on the best information 24/7, even on weekends and holidays. All this information is at your fingertips, and you can even get coupons online as well as rebate information. I checked, and they have coupons for digital cameras, DVDs, notebooks, laptops, computer hardware and software, and audio and video gear. Some of the coupons are for Dell, Target, Staples, Circuit City, Office Depot, and Amazon, to name a few. So you might want to check out the coupons.

They have bargains on so many different types of items such as baby items, clothes, music, books, appliances, etc, that you need to check out their website and just see what all they have. Quick Room Make-Over

Have you ever looked at a room in your house and thought how tired you were of the same decor you’d had for several years?  I know I have!  I remember when I became tired of the colors in our living room.  We have a dark blue, almost navy plush sofa that I love. ( It’s so soft you can easily sleep the whole night on it.)  It came with really nice, pretty pillows in a floral tapestry weave.  Well, I was tired of the pillows, tired of a floral lamp shade, and tired of some wall hangings.  So I took the lamp, wall hangings, and some other things out of the room, anything that conflicted with my new color scheme of dark blue (almost navy), red and a little olive green.   I found a neat looking lamp at Target with a red lampshade, red slipcovers that fit the pillows perfectly that were on sale for a great price at Pottery Barn, and found a couple of small decorative wall hangings with red in them on sale for half price.  Oh, and I also found a couple of small, red cranberry topiaries for the fireplace mantle that were half price, too.  So for around $60, our living room looked great and noticeably different.  And the neat thing at the time was that I had Christmas money to buy everything with.  🙂

Our daughter always goes shopping on the day after Thanksgiving every year. She gets up really early and has her shopping list in hand as she goes to each store. One year I did a little bit of that. However, I’m not real enthusiastic about getting up during the wee hours of the morning and then having to deal with mobs of people. But when our daughter returns with all of these unbelievable bargains, it makes me want to go the next year. Next year comes around, and I decide I’m too tired to go. But I just found out some great news! We can see the Black Friday ads before everyone else who looks at the ads in the newspaper. And there are direct links to each product so we can purchase these items online on Black Friday without having to stand in line forever at stores! One really cool thing is that Black Friday also offers email alerts to let you know when the new ads have been posted. When you go to the site, it is easy to use and consumer friendly. What a great way to do Christmas shopping while sitting in front of the computer in your PJ’s and sipping a cup of hot coffee or tea. That sounds wonderful to me! When we bought our home several years ago, our realtor found a good mortgage company for us to deal with.  They guided us through the process and explained everything to us.  They made signing the contract and all the paperwork as efficient as possible.  People looking for mortgages want the best deal they can find and want cheap mortgages. I just found another coupon site , which is exciting. They have a list of companies that participate. I noticed that Dell is on the list, and I use a Dell laptop right now. We have three computers in our house, but the other two are usually in use. So I use the laptop most of the time. At some point, however, we would like to get a new laptop. It would be great to recieve Dell coupons when the time comes for our purchase. I’m for saving money anytime we can. And when I can save money on something that I’m wanting or planning to buy, that’s exciting!
