I have a Samsung Slider Phone which is great because I can answer phone calls by simply sliding the phone upwards, and this can be done with one hand if necessary. It has a lot of other neat features on it including a camera with which I can catch those “Kodak” moments of family. Since I grew up and live in Texas, we eat a lot of Mexican food. My stomach can’t take the real hot spice anymore, but here is a recipe that sounds like something our son and son-in-law would like:
